If I have to close the doors it will be only temporary and I will continue the online shop. I will be adding very simple cheaper soaps as I have been asked (rather than jump on the "ive got supplies" bandwagon and therefore benefiting from this unfortunate situation)
If I need to give a credit to anyone, dont worry your credit for a future workshop or products will be safe and honored as soon as it is possible to do so.
Workshops will continue until I have been notified that they must cease.
I am monitoring by the hour to ensure I am following the correct procedures and instructions.
Classes will be kept very small and I have implemented some extra hygiene measures to keep us all safe. This includes but not limited to, safe distancing and individual refreshments and individual hand-towels in the bathroom and more … and of course lots of soap and hand sanitiser. You are welcome to bring anything you feel will personally keep you safer😊
I will keep you informed if there are any changes.
This is a very trying time for us all and I have suffered very considerable losses due to closed markets and events. I will receive no refunds (or transfers) for these which i fully understand because the money I have paid has been spent in wages, equipment, marketing etc.
This is similar to a workshop you may have paid for, however I am offering credits and transfers. I understand that you could use this money better elsewhere, but I am truly sorry that I am not in a position to refund. The funds I receive for workshops are spent well in advance for admin, marketing, wages, a portion of rent and ingredients. I am a very small business and this is a devastating blow for me. So to keep the doors open I must give credits and reschedule to a later date.
If you need to cancel your confirmed attendance at one of our workshops, please contact us immediately. Once a workshop has been booked and paid for, this is regarded as confirmed attendance and any ‘no shows’ or cancellations of less than 7 working days prior to the date of workshop, will not refunded nor liable for a credit. If, however, you cancel your attendance earlier than 7 working days prior to the date of the booked workshop, you may attend another of our advertised workshops or nominate someone else to attend in your place. Refunds will only be granted if 28 days notice is given (less the transaction fee [banking fee] as well as a very small admin fee [$10].
